Scheduling links

Booking pages that know your calendar.

Share one link and let people pick a time that is really free. Kernel checks your Google calendars when the page loads and again before booking, then creates the event with a Meet link.

Highlights

  • Built on your Hours

Each link uses a Scheduling Hours set for its weekly windows, exceptions, and timezone, plus notice, buffers, a booking window, and a start-time interval.

  • Checked live, twice

Kernel asks Google for free/busy across your planner calendars when times load, and again just before booking, so a time taken since is never confirmed.

  • Meet link included

Each booking creates a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet conference and sends the guest Google's normal invitation.

Customize

Tailor a link without changing it.

Customize builds a URL with one duration, a date range, daily limits, and a timezone. Your Hours, notice, booking window, buffers, and live calendar conflicts still apply.

  • Copy link, Open preview, or Reset to the defaults
  • Guests can still change their display timezone
  • Generating a URL doesn't save or change the link

Quick availability

Paste your open times anywhere.

Text turns up to 14 dates into a short list of free ranges, checked live against your calendars. Paste it into an email or a chat without sharing a booking page.

  • English or Canadian French, with a 12- or 24-hour clock
  • Optional notes for the timezone and the invite account
  • Copying never books, saves, or publishes anything

Good to know

  • Offer up to eight durations from 5 to 480 minutes, with one set as the default.
  • Event titles come from a template with {host} and {attendee} placeholders.
  • Availability shares a view-only weekly calendar that never creates a booking.
  • Guests need no Kernel account, and each booking has one invitee.
  • Guests see free times only, never your event titles, attendees, or why a time is busy.
  • Links are single-host and Google-only; guests can't cancel or reschedule from the page.
